I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer, with a Gut and Hormone Health Certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
Coffee first, hot yoga, a jog when I need to think, my Kindle when I don't. Sake with people I like, somewhere new when I can get there, and a lot of laughing.
I try to go deep on what matters, keep enough range to see how it connects, and don't burn myself out doing it.
