I'm Tiffany — founder and operator of T-shaped, and the only person you'll work with here. That's by design.

T-shaped marketers pair horizontal breadth across the marketing stack with vertical depth in one or two disciplines executed at a specialist's level. That's how I work, and that's what this company is built around.

My depth is affiliate and partnerships. Across 10+ years in DTC, B2C, and B2B SaaS — twice as a founder, once as a director, and repeatedly as the senior consultant brought in when a channel was broken or didn't exist yet — I've built affiliate programs from zero on Impact and PartnerStack, managed $800K+ in annual marketing budgets, structured partner agreements, and built the dashboards that proved the work. Right now I run affiliate as the lead channel — alongside demand gen, review sites, and some AI visibility — for a B2B SaaS company with thousands of customers.

My breadth was earned the hard way: as a founder running every channel myself. At Handstand, I grew the marketplace to 5,000+ trainers across 12 U.S. markets, raised $2M from Science Inc. and Reebok, and secured brand partnerships with Bose and W Hotels — built across paid social, influencer, affiliate, lifecycle, PR, and brand. At It's Juliet, I hit $2M in revenue within the first year and led the company to acquisition — driven by paid acquisition, email and SMS lifecycle, content, influencer, and retention. I know what it costs when channels don't talk to each other, because I've been the founder running all of them at once.
